Fernando Augusto Filho
Chief Executive Officer – Brazil
Mr Augusto is a senior veteran in the development of renewable energy in Brazil. Having been instrumental in developing the laws in Brazil for Mini-Generation Distributed.
Mr. Augusto has all the technical, financial, and legislative skills required to bring large scale projects to fruition. The methods developed by the Kromos team are industry leading and forward thinking.
Mr Augusto’s experience has taken him all over the world developing infrastructure for governments and the United Nations. His roots are philathropic in that his deep desire is to improve the lives of those around him and those who are in need.
Led by Mr. Augusto, Kromos is taking the lead to develop needed infrastructure services for underdeveloped and isolated communities.
Marcos Nogas
Senior Program Director – Brazil
Mr Nogas is a veteran of commercial building and project development navigating the many rules and regultions that often snag and delay large scale projects. He is skilled in financial and project cost analysis and has many years in the banking and technology industries. His experience with all aspects of large scale multi-tenant and commecrial real estate developmenmt make him an instrumental part of the team needed for successful site development.
Mr. Nogas is also a devout family man who takes his role as a father and husband seriously. He is involved with his community and is well known for his participation in cultural events.
Phil Walsh
Chief Operating Officer – United States
Mr. Walsh is a technology leader with over 30 years of consulting and project development experience. He has travelled the world assisting companies with their deployments and has provided skillful direction to those wishing to deploy new technologies in their area.
His experience with Electronics Engineering and Information Technology has led him to devlop system from concept to execution to exit numerous times in his career. He .was one of the first developers of Small Wind and Solar projects in the early 2000’s providing renewable projects for government entities and small business consumers. His abilities range from high level site engineering and project planning to hands on execution and deployment.
Having spent many years consulting for larger organizations, his broad experience allows him to work with clients of all sizes adapting to the needs of each.
